AI promises enormous potential for executives, but most do not know how to get started. The key concept is that AI creates infinite leverage: every week, most executives spend too much time on small things that could be done by others, and too little time on the moments that matter most.
In this session, Dawid Naude will frame how to think about AI as an executive: how to create leverage in decision-making, communication, strategy and data analysis, while delegating routine work to AI. There are also critical moments in every executive’s day where spending just ten minutes reviewing something can materially improve the outcome. Participants will learn how to set up a virtual version of themselves as the first pass on key insights and work that would otherwise demand their direct attention.
Most importantly, this is about the next step. AI can create immediate personal impact, but executives also need to know how to carry that capability through the rest of the organisation: AI for you, then AI through you.

You’ll then reimagine an existing product or service and develop a practical 30- and 90-day plan to embed AI, demonstrate progress and begin measuring its impact.
